Terms of Service

Welcome to Perqon. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Perqon mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) and the website perqon.me. By using our app or site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, do not use Perqon.

1. Who we are

Perqon is a platform for digital loyalty programs that connects customers with local businesses in Montenegro and the region. Customers earn points by scanning fiscal receipts, and businesses reward loyal guests with rewards they define themselves.

2. Registration and account

To use Perqon, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration;
• keep your password safe and not share it with others;
• immediately report any unauthorized use of your account.

Perqon is not liable for damage caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3. Customers — earning points and rewards

As a customer, you can earn points by scanning the QR code on a fiscal receipt in the Perqon app. Points are awarded solely in accordance with the rules of the loyalty program of the business where you made the purchase. Perqon does not guarantee:

• the availability of specific rewards at any given moment;
• that a business will keep the same reward program;
• any minimum value or permanence of points.

Rewards are subject to the terms and limitations set by each business individually. Perqon mediates the record-keeping but is not a party to the contract between you and the business.

4. Businesses — loyalty program

By registering as a business, you accept responsibility for:

• the accuracy of information about your venue (name, address, tax ID);
• fulfilling the rewards you defined in your reward program;
• the compliance of your reward program with applicable regulations.

Perqon reserves the right to suspend or remove a business account that violates these terms, misleads customers, or otherwise harms the integrity of the platform.

5. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to:

• scan the same fiscal receipt more than once;
• use fake, someone else's, or altered fiscal receipts;
• access the Perqon API in an automated manner without written permission;
• attempt to bypass security mechanisms or disable the functioning of the platform;
• use Perqon for fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.

Violating these rules may lead to permanent removal of the account without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Perqon platform — logo, design, code, texts — is the property of Perqon and is protected by copyright regulations. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use that content without written permission.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep Perqon available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. From time to time we may temporarily take the service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or bug fixes. Perqon is not liable for damage caused by service unavailability.

8. Limitation of liability

Perqon is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable regulations, Perqon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of points due to a technical error or the closure of a business entity.

9. Changes to the terms

Perqon may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the app after the new terms take effect means you accept them.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via the Account deletion page. Perqon reserves the right to deactivate an account that violates these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. The court in Podgorica has jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of Perqon.
